Why being Certified to ISO 9001 is so important to us

Some time ago we decided we wanted to go one step further and gain an internationally recognised certification for the quality of our product.   By achieving ISO 9001 certification we knew that it would not only help us improve even more but it would give us a roadmap for the years ahead.

Quality

In order to achieve this standard, we had to prove that we were striving to continually improve the quality of what we were offering.   We looked at every aspect of our business and each process to see where any improvements could be made.   We then implemented a programme of continuous improvement so we could learn from any issues that might arise.

Consistency

In our industry we must provide a consistent high quality experience for all our clients each and every time.  This ethos starts with management and flows throughout the organisation.  Anytime a client interacts with any team member they will get the same great experience and customer care.  It also means that as new staff join the company the ethos is shared with them.

Customer Focus

The customer is at the heart of all we do, without them we would not exist.  We start and end with our customers, always striving to give them the best and more.  That’s why the majority of our new business come from referrals from existing clients. It’s also why our clients stay with us for the long term.

Our ISO 9001 certification allowed us to access new markets, expand our range of services and invest in more technology.  We are fully compliant and our clients can rest assured we meet all our necessary regulatory requirements.  Operating to best practice means we set ourselves a high bar so we can be trusted and relied on.

To us having ISO 9001 certification is not just a piece of paper hanging in our reception.  It’s the way we run our business, it is a reflection of the pride we feel as a team in providing the best possible experience for our clients both old and new.
