We are delighted to launch our new online payment system for our document scanning, accounts payable processing and digital mailroom services. Customers will now be able to manage their payments online and have the option to submit deposits and part payments and to pay smaller invoices on a more regular basis.

The payment system has been adapted to accommodate our clients during the Covid-19 pandemic and support new remote working practices.

Commenting on the announcement, Orla Cafferty, Director at Datascan said: “Like many other organisations, we are constantly adapting our processes to better meet the needs of our customers. While providing support to customers as they go digital with their processes, our own payment systems weren’t operating as efficiently as they could. Through our document scanning service, we provide support to a number of frontline healthcare organisations and upgraded the website to include an online payment system, making the process easier for customers during this busy time.”

We are looking forwarding to introducing the new system, which will reduce the need for print invoices and payment for companies and their staff that are working remotely during Level 5 of the Living with Covid-19 framework.
